More About Us
At KaleidoForest, our “deep Shinrin-yoku®” offers a refined and immersive journey into the heart of nature. Departing from the conventional notion of forest bathing as simple walking or nature observation, our approach invites you to fully open your senses and surrender to the subtle rhythms of the forest.
Here, the forest itself becomes the healer, while our certified guides, trained in both international and Japanese therapeutic traditions, gently lead you into this profound experience. In the sacred awai — the liminal space where humanity and nature converge — you are offered the rare opportunity to rediscover wholeness and well-being. Far removed from the demands of daily life, this is a retreat designed to restore the essence of who you truly are.

Reviews
The beauty of nature touched me deeply through all my senses. I realized that as humans, we often live as if we’re superior, but that’s not true. All life is connected, and we are truly supported by the Earth. This is what coexistence really means. It’s something so basic, yet easy to forget in our daily lives.
50s Female – 🇯🇵
Compared to before the retreat, I felt more relaxed and noticed my shoulders had softened. I became aware of the scent of soil and trees, and I could hear the sounds of wind and water—like the forest was alive. This brought back positive memories from countries I’ve lived in. Moving forward, I want to focus not just on results but also on the process, and to value all my senses—not just vision or logic—in my daily life and work.
