GOTO RETREAT by Onko Chishin is located approximately 10 minutes by car from Fukue Airport and about 15 minutes from Fukue Port. Flights from Nagasaki or Fukuoka airports reach Fukue Airport in approximately 40 minutes, while jetfoils from Nagasaki Port take 1.5 hours. Our facilities include dining venues, spa, boutique shop, terrace, lobby, bar, and a peaceful meditation room. Guests can witness breathtaking sunrises over the East China Sea from guest rooms and lobby areas, while sunsets toward Mount Onidake—Goto’s iconic volcanic peak—can be enjoyed from the terrace.

PERFECTION! If I could give this 10 stars, I would. It’s very remote and worth every minute of travel to get there. The serenity and silence of the rooms, the amazing food and service, having a private outdoor hot tub as part of your room… I’ve never been any place like this. If you want a few days of monk-like, but luxurious high-end existence, this is the place.
