Tokai Relaxation Oasis is a fasting retreat located in the mountains of Asuke, Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. Surrounded by nature, we provide a peaceful environment where guests can step away from the busyness and temptations of everyday life and take time to rest both mind and body.
Fasting programs are adjusted to each guest’s physical condition and individual needs, allowing guests to fast at a comfortable and manageable pace. After fasting, recovery meals centered on brown rice and vegetables are provided. Our retreat welcomes guests with a variety of goals, including those who wish to reconsider their eating habits, refresh their mind and body, or take time for a regular reset.

Easy bus ride, and I was picked up from the last bus stop to the facility. If traveling by public transportation, Asuke is the last stop on the bus line. Relax.
