Founder’s Aspiration
“I want to create a place that will last for 100 years and be handed to next generations.”
This was a feeling after 10 years since I founded a company specializing in the planning and construction of bedrock baths and hot yoga facilities. More than half of the 120+ facilities we had built were no longer in operation. The ones that remained were primarily fitness clubs, hotels, and other well-established venues that had been carefully planned and developed over time.
Our company was founded on the belief in the “sharing economy”—as one that values utilizing and sharing existing resources. We focused on temples and shrines, a uniquely Japanese form of the sharing economy that resonates with people worldwide. These sacred sites, deeply rooted in Japanese culture, history, and community, have long served as places for nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
Eight years since our founding, we are still at the starting line of a grand vision. However, with like-minded partners, we remain committed to the challenge of bringing the rich tradition of Japanese temples and shrines to the world.
